Deep fried potatoes with steak and sour cream

Ingredients for 2 people

Steaks - 150-200 g

medium-sized potatoes
200 g
sour cream
2 tbsp.
olive oil

clove of garlic

sea salt and steak pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Thoroughly wash the potatoes or peel and cut into tornado spirals using the Tornado Blade. Alternatively, you can cut the potatoes into curls using the coarse Spaghetti Blade. Cook the potatoes in the fryer for about 3 minutes depending on how brown and crispy you want them. Remove and drain the potatoes and salt to taste.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in the pan until it starts to bubble. Cut the garlic into slices and place in the oil along with the rosemary. Place the steak in the pan and fry on each side for about 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Serve the steak and potatoes on a plate. Season the steak with steak pepper. We recommend serving with sour cream and fresh lettuce.

Tip:

Quick homemade sour cream: Mix 150 g regular quark (20% FDM) with 50 g cr-me fraiche and a teaspoon of freshly-chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.
