Filled Baguette

Ingredients for 12-15 slices:

100 g
Bologna sausage
100 g
gouda

gherkins
1/2
red pepper
1/2
yellow pepper

hard-boiled eggs
125 g
garlic/herb butter
200 g
cream cheese
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
paprika
1 tsp.
mustard

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 4:

Fill the bread pieces with the mixture and chill for approx. 2 hours.

Step 5:

Cut each piece into three thick slices and serve.

Step 1:

Cut the baguette into 9 cm long pieces and hollow them out using the largest blade on the twister.

Step 2:

Finely cube the bologna sausage, Gouda, cucumber, paprika and eggs.

Step 3:

Mix the butter with the cream cheese and spices. Combine all of the ingredients.
