Gorgonzola Pears with serrano


Ingredients for 4 people

medium-sized pears
200 g
4 slices
Parma ham

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 180 -C.

Step 2:

Cut a lid off of the top of the pear, approx. 2 cm under the stem.

Step 3:

Hollow out the pears with your twister (2nd smallest size) and fill them with 50 g of Gorgonzola.

Step 4:

Wrap a slice of Parma ham around each pear and fix in place with a wooden skewer. Place the lids back onto their respective pears and bake them for approx. 20 minutes.
