Gorgonzola Pears with serrano

Preheat the oven to 180 -C.
Step 2:Cut a lid off of the top of the pear, approx. 2 cm under the stem.
Step 3:Hollow out the pears with your twister (2nd smallest size) and fill them with 50 g of Gorgonzola.
Wrap a slice of Parma ham around each pear and fix in place with a wooden skewer. Place the lids back onto their respective pears and bake them for approx. 20 minutes.
