potatoes
150g
cheese, grated
300ml
heavy cream

onion, diced
2 tsp (or to taste)
salt
to taste
pepper, nutmeg, chili

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut potatoes into spaghetti and finely dice onions. Sauté onions in some fat until translucent, fill up with cream and add about 50g grated cheese and mix.

Step 2

Cook the potato spaghetti briefly in the cheese cream and mix. Then fill evenly into the muffin tin.

Step 3

Sprinkle the individual gratins with the remaining cheese (about 100g) and then bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes. Let them cool down a little bit and then lift them carefully out of the tin with a spoon and serve.
