Light summer salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 people

kohlrabi

raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and then use the Spaghetti blade to create thin vegetable spaghetti.

Step 2:

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut into 3 pieces and then slice into spaghetti as well. Mix with the other spaghetti.

Step 3:

Set the Tornado blade to fine and slice the tomatoes and radishes into tagliatelle.

Step 4:

Drape one tomato around the edge of each plate, place the vegetable spaghetti in the centre and garnish with two radish tagliatelle.

Step 5:

For the vinaigrette; mix the raspberry vinegar with the olive oil, salt and pepper in a dressing shaker and pour over the vegetables.

Step 6:

Cut the cress and sprinkle over the salad.
