Low-Carb Courgette Slices

Ingredients for 4 people

500 g
200 g
grated cheese
clove of garlic
1 tbsp.
chopped flat-leaf parsley
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Wash the courgette and slice using the course Spaghetti blade.

Step 2:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Step 3:

Generously season the courgette spaghetti with salt and pepper and let stand for about 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Beat the eggs and mix with the grated cheese, parsley and crushed garlic.

Step 5:

Combine the courgette with the cheese-egg mixture, spread evenly on a baking try covered with baking paper and cook for approx. 25 minutes.
