Mince in a Kohlrabi Wrap

kohlrabi
300 g
minced meat
200 g
cream cheese with herbs
4
spring onions
2 tbsp.
sunflower oil
300 ml
vegetable stock
1
clove of garlic
 
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Peel the kohlrabi and hollow it with the large blade.

Step 2:

Put your vegetable stock into a pot, bring it to the boil and then simmer the kohlrabi in it for approx. 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Cut the spring onions into small pieces and fry in oil with your minced meat and crushed garlic, then flavour with salt and pepper.

Step 4:

Place the kohlrabi into an oven-safe dish, mix the minced meat into the cream cheese mixture and fill the hollowed out vegetables.

Step 5:

Grill the whole dish in the oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes.

Step 6:

The spirals left over from hollowing out the kohlrabi can be served raw on the side or grilled for 5 minutes and then served.

Tip:

Serve rice or potatoes to accompany the filled kohlrabi.
