Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients for the mushroom quiche:

Quark-oil dough ingredients:

75 g
quark
3 tbsp.
milk
3 tbsp.
oil
150 g
flour
1/2 sachet
baking powder

Filling ingredients:

500 g
mushroom
75 g
bacon
100 g
onions
1 tsp.
margarine
75 g
grated Gouda
 
salt
 
marjoram
 
dill

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Blend together fresh cheese, milk, oil and salt.

Step 2:

Then take half of the flour and blend it into the mixture using a dough hook. Add the rest of the flour and your baking powder, then work it into a smooth dough.

Step 3:

Roll out the dough to the size of a quiche tin on a well floured rolling mat, then place it in the baking mould.

Step 4:

Clean the mushrooms using a kitchen towel and cut them into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Finely dice the bacon.

Step 5:

Melt the margarine in a pan, fry the bacon in it and then add the onion rings to saut-. Finally, add the mushrooms to the pan and fry them until the moisture has evaporated.

Step 6:

Finely chop the fresh herbs and add them to the mushroom mixture.

Step 7:

Let the mixture cool a little bit before evenly spreading it into the quiche base.

Step 8:

Sprinkle the grated Gouda onto the quiche and bake it in your preheated oven for approx. 30 min. (220 °C top and bottom heat, fan assisted oven 200 °C, gas mark 4-5)
