Ingredients for two persons
- 3 tbsp
- olive oil
- 1 pinch
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp
- brown sugar
Peel one orange and cut the pulp into small pieces.
Remove the fennel green and cut fennel with the drum grater into thin stripes.
Rub of the zest of the second orange and then squeeze it.
Mix fennel ad orange. Season with orangezest and juice, oilve oil and salt, pepper and some sugar. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Mix up one last time, garnish with fennel green and serve.
