Ingredients for two persons
- wild garlic
- to taste
- parmesan cheese
If possible, pick fresh wild garlic from the surrounding forests.
Put up the pasta water. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly.
Cook the pasta al dente. Then place a pan with Buter.
Roughly chop the wild garlic and heat the butter. When hot, add the wild garlic to the butter and sweat it for a few seconds.
Add the pasta, stir and then arrange and garnish with Parmesan cheese if necessary.
