Pollack in a nest of carrots


Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg
thick carrots
fish fillets (fresh or defrosted)
1 cup
cr-me fra-che
1/2 bunch
flat-leaf parsley
1 tsp.
100 g
grated cheese
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 175 -C.

Step 2:

Peel the carrots and slice with the fine Spaghetti blade. Use the spaghetti to create 4 nests in an ovenproof mould.

Step 3:

Wash the parsley, finely chop and mix with the cr-me fra-che and mustard, season with pepper and salt.

Step 4:

Place two-thirds of the cream in the carrot nests.

Step 5:

Wash the fish fillets, dry on a kitchen towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on the filled nests.

Step 6:

Brush the fish with the remaining cream and sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 7:

Cook the saithe nests in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
