Ingredients for two persons

- 3-4 tbsp
- oil, for frying
Peel the potatoes. Grate with the fine blade of the drum grater. Season to taste.
Chop onions and add with eggs to the grated potato.
Add flour and stir together. Preheat the pan with a little oil.
Fry portions of about 2 - 3 tablespoons until golden-brown and crispy. After frying let them rest on a paper towel to drip.
Add some carrot or zucchini to your potato mixture to create a tasty version with vegetables.
