Ingredients for two persons
- Potatoes (about 150g each)
- smoked salmon
- Creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp
- fresh herbs, chopped
- red onions
- to your taste
- salt, pepper, sugar
- garlic, chili
Cut the potatoes into spaghetti using the spiralizer.
Preheat a pan with a little oil on medium heat. Dab the potato spaghetti.
Put half of the spaghetti into the pan and pat down a little. Fry the rösti on both sides for a few minutes until golden-brown.
In the meantime chop the onions and mix with creme fraîche and fresh herbs. Season to taste.
Serve the Rösti with smoked salmon and dip.
