Potato-Spaghetti with bacon and Creme fraîche

potatoes

bacon

Creme fraîche
1 tsp
herbs, to taste
1 pinch
salt
to taste
pepper, chili

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut bacon into fine strips and potatoes with the spiral slicer to spaghetti. Finely chop the herbs.

Step 2

Put bacon in a cold pan and heat it up. When it has been fried for some time, add the potato spaghetti and fry.

Step 3

When the potatoes are cooked/soft, add the crème fraîche to the pan, stir briefly and season with salt and pepper, possibly chilli. Then arrange and garnish with herbs.
