Quick Party Snacks

INGREDIENTS (FOR 40 PIECES)

Roma tomatoes

cream cheese
1 tbsp.
chopped herbs
1 tsp.
curry powder
2 slices
pineapple
1/2 bunch
dill
2 slices
smoked salmon
50 g
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Wash you fruit and vegetables, then carefully remove the leaves from the strawberries. Hollow out the strawberries, tomatoes and radishes using the smallest blade (XS). Cut your cucumber into approx. 4 cm thick slices and then hollow them halfway.

Step 2:

Divide the cream cheese into 4 bowls and mix them with the following ingredients:

Bowl 1

Salt, pepper, herbs (tomato filling)

Bowl 2

Curry powder, pineapple cut into small pieces (radish filling). To finish, garnish each one with a piece of pineapple.

Bowl 3

Gorgonzola (strawberry filling). Garnish each with a stem to finish off.

Bowl 4

Salmon cut into pieces, some pepper and chopped dill (cucumber filling). To finish, garnish with some dill.

Step 3:

Organise the snacks onto a platter and serve.
