Ingredients for the salad
- Romana salad
- blue cheese (e.g. gorgonzola)
- cream cheese
- onion, diced
- dried cranberries, chopped
- maple syrup
- 1 tbsp
- 1 pinch
Mix the blue cheese and cream cheese (50-100g, quantity according to taste) and form small balls (approx. 1-2cm in diameter) by hand. Finely chop the nuts and roll the cheese balls in it and press everything lightly. Results in about 15-20 pieces. Chill the cheese pralines.
Cut the pear into spaghetti with the spiral cutter. Cut the salad into fine strips. Mix both together and chill.
Cut the onion into fine cubes and chop the cranberry finely. Mix both with oil, vinegar, sugar and maple syrup and season with a pinch of salt. Then arrange the salad in a bowl, place some blue chocolates on top and add some of the cranberry vinaigrette.
