Salmon Tartar

500 g
salmon filet
1 tbsp.
olive oil
salt, pepper, chili
1 - 2
rolls or baguette
100 g
baby leaf salad

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Skin the salmon and remove all of the the fish bones. Cut the salmon in fine cubes and season to taste with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zests and chili. Store it in the fridge.

Step 2

Cut the rolls or the baguette in fine slices and sauté it in butter until they are golden brown. Leave them to drain on some kitchen roll.

Step 3

Put 80g salmon tartar in the patty press and press them on a plate. Garnish them with some salad and serve them with the roasted bread.
