Spanish Potato Tortilla

Ingredients for 4 people:

300 g
150 g
2 tbsp.
olive oil
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Peel the potatoes and slice with the thin Spaghetti blade.

Step 2:

Peel the onions as well and cut them into spirals like the potatoes.

Step 3:

Fry the vegetable spaghetti in a little oil in a non-stick pan for 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5:

Add the cooked potato and onion spaghetti to the eggs and stir well, pour into a springform pan and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 175 -C.

Step 6:

Achieve a delicious twist to the classic tortilla by adding 100 g of crumbled feta cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped black olives and some chopped parsley when beating the eggs. Also tastes great when served cold!
