Stuffed Mozzarella

mozzarella - 125g
6
dried tomatoes in oil
2 tbsp.
artichoke pieces
2 tbsp.
chopped black olives
2
large, firm lettuce leaves
2 slices
brown bread

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Hollow out the mozzarella balls to the middle using the large twister blade.

Step 2:

Cut your dried tomatoes small and mix them up with the artichoke pieces and olives.

Step 3:

Make little boats out of your lettuce leaves and stick them together using a skewer.

Step 4:

Place a mozzarella ball into each salad boat and fill them with the tomato/olive mixture.

Step 5:

Place each of the little boats onto a slice of bread and serve, OR: Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 10 minutes, until the mozzarella is soft, then serve immediately.
