Stuffed Potato

medium-sized potatoes
small tin of corn
fresh mushrooms
green pepper
spring onions
150 g
2 tbsp.
olive oil

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Step 2:

Wash and dry your potatoes and on the thick side, use the L blade to hollow out just over half. Thinly brush the hollowed out potatoes with oil and bake them in the oven until soft for approx. 20-30 minutes.

Step 3:

Cut the mushrooms, paprika and spring onions into small cubes and mix them up with the corn.

Step 4:

Fill the potatoes with this mixture and sprinkle generously with Parmesan.

Step 5:

Bake the potatoes for a further 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
