Sweet Potato Noodles with Spinach and Feta

sweet potato (about 500g)
100-150g
spinach (fresh or frozen)

feta
1 shot
white wine

onion, diced (about 30g)
1 pinch

to taste

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut onions into fine cubes and cut sweet potatoes into spaghetti with the spiral slicer. Feta into small pieces of crumbs.

Step 2

Sauté onions in a little oil, add sweet potato spaghetti and spinach and sweat everything a little.

Step 3

Deglaze with a dash of white wine, simmer for a few moments and then add the feta. Season to taste with salt and if necessary some pepper and chilli and serve.
