Ingredients for two persons
- Sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp
- potato starch
- 1 tbsp
- to your taste
- salt, chili, ...
Cut sweet potato into curly fries using the big 4mm spaghetti blade.
Blanch the curly fries in boiling water for one or two minutes. Afterwards quench them and let them rest on a paper towel.
Put them all into a bowl, season to taste and dust them with a little flour and potato starch.
Put them in the fryer until golden-brown and serve them right away.
