Ingredients for two persons
- 1/2
- orange
- 2 sticks
- cinnamon
- 2-4
- anise
- 400ml
- boiling water
- to your taste
- red berries
Cut orange into slices or peel with a speed peeler.
Cut slices into quarters and put 3-4 quarters in a cup and add one cinnamon stick and some anise. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Let the infusion run through a sieve and enjoy right away.
You can add some red berries which give a sour touch.
