Ingredients for vegetable sushi
- 1,5-2 cups
- sushi rice, raw
- according to the recipe
- salt and sushi vinegar
- 1-2 glasses
- char/trout or salmon caviar
The amount of sushi that can be made from vegetables depends greatly on the size and shape of the vegetables. It is therefore difficult to formulate an exact recipe.
Prepare the sushi rice according to the instructions.
Cut the kohlrabi with the catto into vegetable strips. Also cut carrots and cucumber (or the vegetables you like) into sticks.
Cover a piece of kohlrabi (about 10cm long) with some sushi rice ad make a roll. Cut into three and gently press a small hole at one end of the sushi and fill it with caviar. Decorate the sushi with the vegetable sticks.
