Ingredients for suhsi
- 1,5 - 2 cups
- sushi rice, raw
- according to recipe
- salt and sushi vinegar
- salmon filet (sashimi quality)
- 1 glass
- char-/trout- or salmon-caviar
The amount of sushi that can be made from vegetables depends greatly on the size and shape of the vegetables. It is therefore difficult to formulate an exact recipe.
Cook the sushi rice according to instructions. If necessary, cut the fish into pieces, debone and portion.
Cut the zucchini with the catto into vegetable trays. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and remove from the skin. Then portion the avocado accordingly.
Cover a piece of zucchini strips about 10cm long with sushi rice. Then add a piece of fish and some avocado and roll up tightly.
Cut the sushi roll into evenly sized pieces and garnish each sushi with some caviar.
