Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Thoroughly wash the potatoes, aubergines and courgettes and peel the potatoes if you wish.

Step 2:

Cut one potato, - courgette and - aubergine into spirals (with metal skewers) per portion. Replace the metal skewers with wooden skewers before continuing.

Step 3:

Mix the olive oil with pepper, salt and herbs, brush over the spirals and cook for about 20 minutes at 175 °C in a preheated oven.

Step 4:

Peel the onions and cut into spirals using the Tornado blade without skewer.

Step 5:

Heat a little olive oil in a pan, fry the onions until glossy and then add the meat and season with salt and pepper.

Step 6:

Place one potato, courgette and aubergine skewer and one turkey minute steak on each plate and garnish the meat with the onion spirals.
