Ingredients for eight sausages
- tomato juice
- oil, from dried tomatoes
- saitan base
- 2 tsp each
- sugar, balsamic vinegar, dried basil
- 1 tsp
- 1 pinch
- pepper, chili to your taste
Mix tomato juice, vinegar, oil and spices. Cut the mozzarella into fine cubes.
Mix the seitan base, tomato juice and mozzarella cubes and knead into a dough.
Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.
Steam for 40 minutes in a steamer/pot.
Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
