dried tomatoes
100ml
water
20ml
oil, from dried tomatoes
90g
saitan base
1 tsp each
sugar, granulated onions
1/2 tsp each
salt, granulated garlic
1 pinch
chili (or to your taste)
to your taste
pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Puree the dried tomatoes. Mix with water, oil and spices.

Step 2

Add the seitan base and knead into a dough

Step 3

Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.

Step 4

Steam for 40 minutes in a steam cooker/pot

Step 5

Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
