smoked tofu
160ml
water
30ml
canola oil

saitan base
1 tsp each
ground onion, stock powder, mustard, majoram
1/2 tsp each
salt, nutmeg, paprikapoweder, allspice
1 pinch
pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Puree the smoked tofu with water, oil and spices.

Step 2

Add the seitan base and knead into a dough.

Step 3

Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.

Step 4

Steam for 40 min. in the steam cooker/pot.

Step 5

Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
