Ingredients for eight sausages
- 90g
- smoked tofu
- 160ml
- water
- 30ml
- canola oil
- 120g
- saitan base
- 1 tsp each
- ground onion, stock powder, mustard, majoram
- 1/2 tsp each
- salt, nutmeg, paprikapoweder, allspice
- 1 pinch
- pepper
Puree the smoked tofu with water, oil and spices.
Add the seitan base and knead into a dough.
Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.
Steam for 40 min. in the steam cooker/pot.
Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
