Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Bring 400 ml water, soy sauce, miso paste, tomato paste, 2 tsp smoked salt, paprika powder, vegetable broth powder and garlic granulate to the boil.

Step 2

Once the broth boils add Ebly and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

Step 3

Puree Ebly, smoked tofu, onion granulate, 1 tsp smoked salt, coarse mustard with 100 ml water.

Step 4

Knead the mass with the Saitan base until a smooth, firm dough is obtained.

Step 5

Weigh 50g each, form into a sausage, put into the silicone form and press down a little.

Step 6

Cook in a covered pot for 40 minutes.

After steaming, allow to cool and then eat/store/grill/fry/freeze/...
