Ingredients for eight sausages
- (frozen) spinach
- onions, diced
- 1/2 clove
- saitan base
- 3 tbsp
- canola oil
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 pinch
- pepper, nutmeg, chili
Brown the onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the spinach.
Finish cooking the spinach and season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and chilli.
Knead Seitanbasis, water, oil and spinach to a coarse dough.
If possible, mix with a blender to distribute the spinach evenly in the mixture.
Weigh 50g portions, coarsely form into sausages and put into the form.
Steam for 40 minutes in a steamer/pot.
Allow to cool briefly and fry over medium heat if necessary.
