Ingredients for eight sausages
- smoked tofu
- canola oil
- cheese, diced
- saitan base
- 1/2 tsp each
- granulated onions, stock powder, mustard, majoram
- 1 pinch each
- salt, nutmeg, allspice, pepper, paprika powder
Puree the smoked tofu with water, oil and spices. Cut the cheese into fine cubes.
Mix the seitan base, cheese cubes and tofu-water mixture and knead into a dough..
Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.
Steam for 40 minutes in a steamer/pot.
Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
