smoked tofu

canola oil

cheese, diced

saitan base
1/2 tsp each
granulated onions, stock powder, mustard, majoram
1 pinch each
salt, nutmeg, allspice, pepper, paprika powder

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Puree the smoked tofu with water, oil and spices. Cut the cheese into fine cubes.

Step 2

Mix the seitan base, cheese cubes and tofu-water mixture and knead into a dough..

Step 3

Press 50g dough into each of the moulds and then cover with the lid.

Step 4

Steam for 40 minutes in a steamer/pot.

Step 5

Allow to cool briefly and then sauté over medium heat.
