Ingredients for a smoothie

100 g
raspberries (alternatively: currants, peaches)
250 g
probiotic yogurt
1 tbsp.
oatmeal
1 tbsp.
ground almonds/hazelnuts
1 tsp.
vanilla sugar (you may want to use slightly more when using frozen fruit)

Tip:

Agave syrup or honey are great sweeteners.

Step 1:

Defrost the raspberries if frozen and spoon into the juicer while turning the crank.

[If you are using peaches, you should first remove the skin and cut the peach into wedges so that they can be easily fed into the juicer.]

This recipe makes use of both fruit pulp and fruit juice. Collect the fruit pulp in a bowl under the juicer.

Step 2:

Mix the pulp with the fresh juice, yogurt, oatmeal, almonds and vanilla sugar.

Step 3:

To finish, pour the finished smoothie into a tall glass with a wide straw, long spoon/yoghurt spoon, and enjoy!
