Peel the grapefruit and the lemon and cut into wedges, the wedges should fit nicely into the juicer's screw.

Dilute the gelatine with a couple of tablespoons of the fruit juice and add it all - stirring constantly - to the fruit sauce.
Stir slowly for another approx. 1 minute and then distribute the fruit pudding to four bowls (it should be viscous). Let the grapefruit pudding set in the fridge for at least four hours (preferably over night) before serving.
Before juicing the fruit make sure you place a sieve over the juice collector. You do not want any bitter grapefruit skin finding its way into the juice!
