Kiwi filled with raspberry cream

Ingredients for 6-filled kiwis:

220 g
soy whipped cream
40 g
powdered sugar
80 g
raspberries (frozen)
30 g
flaked almonds
raspberries for decoration

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Carefully peel your kiwis. If they are too soft, simply leave the peel on.

Step 2:

Remove the inside using the twister (keep the excess for shakes or smoothies) and then cut the bottom of them flat, so they can stand up.

Step 3:

Beat the soy whipped cream, then add in the powdered sugar and raspberries and puree until creamy.

Step 4:

Roast your flaked almonds in a pan for 3 min. Roll the bottom half of the kiwis in the flaked almonds.

Step 5:

Put the raspberry filling into a piping bag (with large tip) and then fill it into the kiwis. Top them with raspberries.
