Ingredients for one liter
- coconut cream
- limes (only the zest)
- 2 tsp
- powder gelatine (+ 6tbsp water for soaking)
This recipe is made for one liter of ice mass. Depending on which silicone matt you use or how many popsicles you want to make you maybe need a bit more or less.
Soak gelatine in cold water and warm a small part of the coconut cream.
Combine gelatine and warm coconut cream and stir until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix all together.
Fill in the moulds, dip a stick in and freeze over night.
