Strawberries and cream on a base of chocolate and pistachio

Zutaten für Personen

250 g
180 g
dark chocolate
40 g
peeled pistachios
180 g
soy whipped cream
1 tbsp.
rice syrup

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Whip up the soy whipped cream, mix it with syrup and leave to cool.

Step 2:

Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and a part of the tip, then use the twister to remove the centre of the strawberries.


The insides can be used to make a smoothie for example. Or simply puree the strawberries with some syrup or sugar for a strawberry sauce.

Step 3:

Melt your chocolate in a water bath. Finely chop the pistachios.

Step 4:

Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and then coat them in pistachios.
