For the cream

fig pulp

powdered sugar

cashew butter

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Wash your figs in water. Cut off the top and hollow them out using the twister.

Step 2:

Puree the insides with powdered sugar, cashew butter, cinnamon and soy yogurt, then put it in the freezer.

Step 3:

Heat the chocolate in a water bath. Dip the bottoms of the figs in the chocolate, then coat in desiccated coconut, let them cool.

Step 4:

Fill the figs with your cream and top with blueberries and currants. Cool in the fridge.
