For the syrup

For one lemonade
- 6 cl
- lemon-ginger-syrup
- 20 cl
- Soda water
- 1
- Mint branch
- 10-15
- Ice cubes 20x20mm
Pot, sieve, sealable bottle
Cut 100g ginger into small pieces and put it into a pot. Add 500g, 250ml water and 250ml lemonjuice and bring to boil. Add lemon zest of three lemon and allow to cool. Pour through a sieve to remove ginger and lemon zest. Fill into sealable bottle.
Fill glass with 20x20mm Ice Cubes.
Add soda water to the syrup and stir.
Beat the mint twig in your hand and use it as a garnish
