Sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

sesame
1 pinch
salt
1 tsp
hoi sin sauce

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut carrot and cucumber with the spiral slicer to spaghetti. Then marinate with sesame, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, salt if necessary.

Step 2

Mix Hoi Sin sauce and a few drops of water into a varnish and coat both sides of the tuna with it. Then fry them in the hot pan until each side is well browned.

Step 3

Cut the tuna into slices and brush carefully with the remaining varnish. Lightly season with salt and pepper and arrange on the carrot-cucumber salad.
