maple syrup

Step 1

Use spiralizer to cut carrots and kaki.

Step 2

Combine yoghurt, tahini paste and maple syrup and season to taste.

Step 3

MIx carrot and kaki and add tahini yoghurt. Season with some fresh ground pepper.
