Ingredients for one person
- cauliflower (only the trunk)
- 2 leaves
- of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp each
- butter, almonds, raisins, pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp
- curry powder
- 20 ml
- 1 pinch
Use the spiral slicer to cut the cauliflower stalk into spaghetti, remove the leaf green from the stems and cut into fine strips.
Put butter and almonds in a pan and heat them up. When the almonds are roasted, add curry and raisins.
After a few seconds, add the cauliflower noodles to the pan and sauté briefly. Deglaze with cream and season to taste.
Arrange and garnish with pomegranate seeds and the finely cut leaf stalks.
