Coleslaw with tomato rice and a meat kebab


Ingredients for 4 people:

small white cabbage
1 cup
olive oil
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp.
1 tbsp.
1/2 cup
freshly-ground pepper
3-4 stems
flat-leaf parsley
250 g
600 ml
vegetable stock
1 tbsp.
tomato paste
small skewers

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, then cut into fine strips using the fine Tornado blade (without skewers).

Step 2:

Mix the oil with the lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, finely chop the parsley and stir into the mixture. Place the dressing and the cabbage strips in a bowl and stir well.

Step 3:

Gently cook the rice in the vegetable stock, mix with the tomato paste, press into 4 small bowls and leave to cool slightly.

Step 4:

Evenly fry the meat skewers in a little oil and season.

Step 5:

For each plate turn the rice out of the bowl and serve with 2 meat skewers and a helping of the coleslaw.
