Ingredients for two persons
- 2 tbsp
- pine nuts
- onion, diced
- 5 twigs
- 3-4 tbsp
- olive oil
- to your taste
- salt, pepper, parmigiano
Wash the courgettes and cut them into vegetable spaghetti with the Lurch spiral slicer. Remove the basil leaves from the stalk and chop coarsely.
Lightly fry the pine nuts in a pan.
Add the olive oil to the pine nuts and sauté the onions briefly until translucent.
Add the courgette noodles and fry briefly. Add the basil and mix everything together.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve hot. Serve with grated parmesan to taste.
