Cucumber Gazpacho

Zutaten für Personen

cucumber with skin
200 g
natural yogurt
200 ml
buttermilk
2 tbsp.
chopped mint
1
clove of garlic
 
salt and freshly-ground white pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut into 4 equal pieces and use the Tornado blade to create spirals.

Step 2:

Season the cucumber spirals with salt and pepper and leave to dry on a kitchen towel for about 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Mix the yogurt with the buttermilk, crushed garlic, two-thirds of the freshly-chopped mint and some salt and pepper and pour into 4 bowls.

Step 4:

Add a cucumber spiral to each bowl, garnish with the remaining mint and serve chilled.

Tip:

You can also use freshly-chopped dill instead of mint.
