Ingredients for one quiche

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Line the quiche dish with puff pastry. Cover with baking parchment and fill the dough with fried peas/salt/... and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool down a bit.

Step 2

Whisk eggs, cream, milk and the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then spread evenly on the pre-baked puff pastry.

Step 3

Cut the small potatoes into spirals with the Super Spiral Cutter and the Tornado Blade and then spread them evenly on the quiche when unfolded. The potatoes can be peeled beforehand, but do not have to be.

Step 4

Quarter the apple and cut away the core. Cut the apple pieces into slices about 3mm wide and distribute them evenly in the gaps of the potato tornadoes.

Step 5

Cut the camembert into pieces similar in size to the apple slices and also spread them on the quiche.

Step 6

Finally, add the dried cranberries to the quiche and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 40 minutes.
