Trout on a bed of vegetables

Ingredients (for 2 people):

rainbow trout (fresh or frozen)

small kohlrabi

thick carrots

medium-sized potatoes

beetroot

lime

rosemary stems
2-3 tbsp.
tbsp. olive oil
 
herbed sea salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Note:

For this dish you will need the coarse spaghetti blade for the Super Spiral Cutter.

Step 1:

Peel the vegetables using a peeler and cut into vegetable curls using the Super Spiral Cutter. Place the curls in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix the olive oil with a teaspoon of herbed sea salt and freshly ground pepper and stir into the curls.

Step 2:

Remove the fish and wash thoroughly if needed. Generously rub the interior and exterior with sea salt and pepper. Place the fish and rosemary on the vegetable curls.

Place in a preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at 220 °C.

Step 3:

Remove the baking mould from the oven. Cut your limes into slices and serve them with the fish.
