Apple-Grape-Wheatgrass Juice

The apple contains valuable flavonoids, which belong to the secondary plant substances. They have an antioxidant effect and reduce the risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular diseases. They also inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi and viruses.

Grapes are an ideal fruit to purify and dehydrate, as they provide plenty of potassium. In addition, they have a digestive effect on our body thanks to many dietary fibres.

The recipe

For this juice you need about 15 g apple, 15 g grapes and 5-10 g wheatgrass. It is best to add the ingredients alternately in the Base&Soul Slowjuicer. The apple pushes any remains of grape or wheatgrass further into the juicer.
