Ingredients for one juice
"Green", as this juice is, comes from Old High German and stands for "to grow" or "to sprout". The pleasant sweetness of the small grapes counteracts the intense vegetable aroma of kale and spinach and rounds off the juice perfectly. And so this mix provides us with a concentrated load of power:
The vitamin K contained in spinach is important for blood coagulation and bone formation. Its magnesium content has a positive effect on our bones and muscles. In addition, the antioxidants support our body in its defence against infections and help it to stay healthy. Its iron content has a beneficial effect on oxygen transport.
Kale contains large amounts of vitamin A as provitamin, which has an antioxidant effect. This means that it intercepts harmful oxygen radicals. It is also important for vision, growth and nerve conduction. Green cabbage contains a lot of folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and calcium. The latter is an elementary component of bones and teeth. It is important for blood coagulation and for the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system and muscles. Kale is a great source of chlorophyll and is rich in anti-inflammatory substances.
Grapes are an optimal type of fruit to purify and dehydrate as they provide plenty of potassium. In addition, they have a digestive effect on our body thanks to many dietary fibres.
Take about 15g grape, 10g spinach and 10g kale. Juice everything with the Base&Soul Slowjuicer. If there are any problems with the spinach or kale, you can add a small piece of apple to the recipe, which will be the last to juice the spinach or spinach and push it further in the juicer.
