Ingredients for six mini lumps

380 g
spelt wholemeal flour
320 ml
lukewarm water
30g
fresh yeast
1 tbsp
back malt
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 pinch
sugar
2 tsp
salt
100g
seeds, to your taste

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in room-warm water. 

Step 2

Add all other ingredients and knead into a dough.

Step 3

Spread the dough evenly over the moulds. Place the moulds in the cold oven and bake at 200° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.

Tip

For a nice crust, carve the dough on the surface after 5-10 minutes.
